How it works

How we know what we tell you

cipher0ne finds the businesses, agents and tools that are making money with AI, and explains each one in plain English. We work from the outside, using public pages, company filings, payment data, app stores and blockchains. We never log in to anything or ask anyone for private information. cipher0ne is published by Opus Vault (ABN 85 543 288 407).

How sure are we?

Every figure comes with a tag, so you always know how far to trust it.

How sure we are

We checked it
We looked at it ourselves, in a public page, a public record or a blockchain.
Our estimate
Our own estimate, worked out from what we could see. Treat it as an informed guess.
Their claim
Somebody else says so, and we have not been able to check it.
No figure
We know it exists but could not find a reliable figure.

Is it legal?

Illegal as practised
The way the money is made breaks a named law as practised, or a regulator alleges it does. Laws differ by country, so check yours.
Grey
The law is unclear, or it depends on details we cannot confirm.
Locked behind a licence or block
Lawful for some people in some places, but blocked or licence-gated for others. It depends on where you live.
Looks legal
Our research found nothing unlawful where we looked (often with a condition, such as disclosing AI use). Rules differ by country, so check yours.
Legal position unclear
The research does not state the legal position. We do not guess.

Bigger numbers do not get the top spot just because they are big: a figure we checked ourselves ranks above one somebody else claims.

The second look

Before we put a find in front of you, we try to break it. We ask whether the money could be the same people paying each other, whether one customer is carrying everything, whether the figure is only a good week, and whether the costs would eat it. Where we could not rule something out, the full story says so.

How the lists work

  • Finds are released a few at a time, so you can keep up. Each release is one page, not a page per find.
  • The free summary shows a range for the money, never the exact figure. The exact figure and how we got it are for subscribers.
  • The week, month and year lists order what was released in that time, biggest first.
  • Every Monday we publish a fresh set of crypto wallets worth watching, chosen by a written rule and never changed after they go out.

Who we name, and who we do not

  • We name the company behind a product or platform when the fact is plain and checkable, and we show where to check it.
  • We do not name small businesses that simply use a product, and we never name private people. Wallet addresses are public on-chain records; we publish the address and what it has done, and nothing about who is behind it.
  • We never say how to do something illegal. When a find is illegal or risky, we say so up front.
  • We describe other people's results. We never promise that you will earn, and we say how sure we are of every figure.
  • No fake urgency: no countdown timers, no made-up live counters, no invented testimonials.

If we get something wrong

We fix it in the open and log it on the corrections page. Estimates can be wrong; that is why they are tagged as estimates.

Who is behind this

Opus Vault, an Australian business. We are not lawyers or financial advisers, and nothing here is advice. Some finds are things that are illegal or restricted in some countries, and the rules depend on where you live; we describe them so you can recognise them.
